Nut Butter Smoothie
This super healthy smoothie is perfect for mornings when I need something fast and filling but have no time to cook.
Nut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Add ice, water or almond milk until smooth and creamy
Instructions:
Blend rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, frozen cauliflower, flax seeds, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt with ice and water or almond milk until smooth and creamy.
